Paola Ogaz has been in Consumer Products and Retail for Mexico and LatinAmerica for more than 20 years.
She worked for more than seven years at Viacom International MediaNetworks as Head of Consumer Products in the territory and led the commercial team in Canada.
Her primary responsibility was to consolidate the Consumer Products business in both territories. She manages the Mexico team and the commercial team in Canada to generate new business in the region to increase the presence of Viacom brands, mainly Nickelodeon, at the point of sale and launching brands such as Paw Patrol, Sponge Bob, Dora the Explorer, TMNT, Jojo Siwa among others.
Previously, he worked in the Consumer Products of Televisa, EMI Music, starting her career in Mattel, Mexico.
In 2020 she began working as anIndependent consultant for Zag Entertainment with the Miraculous- Lady Bug brand and currently continues working as an independent consultant for studios such as Maya Studios base in Spain, where she seeks to develop negotiations and collaborations with recognized companies in LATAM, , to generate revenue drive opportunities.

Successful sales leader that has experience in all forms of media, adtech and martech. During Adam’s 20-year career he has been fortunate to represent some very prominent brands. Starting first with the NCAA, followed by three years as head of East Coast TV ad sales for SEC football and basketball, six years at Viacom selling MTV, VH1, CMT, Nickelodeon and TV Land, two years bringing to market a powerful video content syndication platform, 5min Media, that was acquired by Aol, where Adam led video sales for Central Region, he also had a short stint creating “in-air” media partnerships for brands with Gogo Inflight Internet. More recently, he helped lay the foundation for influencer partnerships at Studio71 across all major social media platforms.
Pete has an exceptional track record having worked at blue chip companies (Unilever, Bell, Disney) in sales, marketing, retail marketing and brand licensing. As Managing Director of Disney Consumer Products Canada for over 12 years, he was responsible for over $1 Billion in annual retail sales, and oversaw the integration of Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars into the Disney Canada licensing business.
He was on the Canadian Board of Advisors of the Licensing International Merchandisers Association (LIMA), and was the keynote speaker at the inaugural Canadian meeting.
Pete is also the Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Canada, an affiliate of Make-A-Wish International, the largest wish granting organization in the world, whose mission is to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. He is also the Chair of Make-A-Wish Canada’s Branding & Fundraising Committee.

Dan is a Media and Brand Licensing executive with circa 20 years’ experience working for a wide range of media owners from BBC Worldwide, IPC Publishing, Trinity Mirror (Reach), The Walt Disney Company, LazyTownEntertainment (Turner) and Viacom International Media Networks. Since 2010, Dan worked for Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products (VNCP), based in London. He left the company in Oct. 2018 as Vice-President, International Licensing & Business Development. Dan has worked across International markets in the brand licensing industry for the last 14 years and has extensive experience of establishing brand licensing businesses in developing territories and building solid foundations for sustainable revenue growth.
He has managed vertical Licensing businesses with a client direct model as well as Licensing Agent model across many territories including India, Central & Eastern Europe, Russia/CIS, MENA, Africa, Israel, Turkey + EMEA as well as both International and Global markets.
Dan has worked across all brand licensing product categories, including Publishing, Apparel/Footwear, Toys/Games, FMCG, Promotions, QSR, Electronics, Stationary/BTS, Homeware, Digital, plus many high-value non-traditional categories such as Finance, Live Events and Retailers.
