Playmates Toys has signed a worldwide master toy merchandising agreement with sibling global YouTube superstars Vlad and Niki. The Playmates Toys product line for “Vlad & Niki” launches summer 2021 and will include action figures, standard and deluxe vehicles, bundled sets, role-play gear and indoor/outdoor accessories. The international agreement was negotiated by Retail Monster and Haven Global.

Retail Monster has climbed aboard a growing consumer products programme for the popular video gaming franchise, Borderlands is it prepares to bolster its partner line-up ahead of the release of Borderlands 3 later this year. Retail Monster will act as licensing agent alongside Gearbox Software and 2K to support the retail and consumer products strategy for the venerated franchise with a multi-category programme that will span toys and collectables, apparel, home goods and more.

Retail Monster has appointed Tycoon Enterprises as the licensing agency for “Apex Legends” in Latin America. Tycoon Enterprises will look to build “Apex Legends” consumer products programs and brand extensions across the region. The company joins Retail Monster, who represents the video game title globally on behalf of Electronic Arts.

Vlad and Niki is one of the biggest and fastest growing YouTube Channels in the world. Their English channel boasts 19.5 billion views and 39.8 million subscribers, with more than 140 million monthly views in the U.S. across all channels.
